Visiting the fashion district in Milan was like a child walking into a candy store, everything was so colorful. The only draw back was that the prices of the designer clothes were super expensive and, from what I was told, mainly rich tourists purchase things at the Via Monte Napoleone. Since I am not one of those rich tourists, I decided to just window shop, enjoy the fashion, and get inspired.
One of the first stores I visited was Miss Sixty and here I was greeted with two distinctively different fashion styles:
The first style was definitively not wearable but I found the combination of feathers and denim interesting. The second dress was a pretty floral maxi, which is great for the summer. The warm colors speak today’s fashion trend.
My next stop was Versace:
I really liked the ivory/golden dress I saw in the window:
The Versace dress is very feminine with great flowy movement. I also had to take a close-up shot of the shoes and a bag, which I found very cool.
I was all smiles, when I saw as store with one of my favorite designer’s clothes, YVES SAINT LAURENT (YSL):
I took more than a few photos of YSL clothes, because I really like their styles and colors. I find YSL’s clothes elegant, feminine, and yet simple:
Next, I was impressed by a beautiful white dress:
I liked the details on this dress.
I also liked more plain look for the summer:
Then came the store of PRADA:
The PRADA dress also has yellow and red colors (and flowers), similarly to Miss Sixty maxi dress. However, the structure (and fabric) of the dress is completely different.
I had to take a close up of the PRADA shoes, because I found them fabulous:
I found a little time for PRADA men:
Another designer’s store I was excited to see was VALENTINO. His signature red clothes cannot be mistaken, but he also came out with some black colors. His clothes are sexy and feminine and a little edgy. Check it out:
My final designer’s clothes to show you are Armani and Ralph Laurent (I think…sorry but I don’t have all my notes with me):
The dress above is very intricate and fabulous. The feather details make the dress very interesting.
In the dress above the designer made a masculine clothing into feminine fashion. I like the blend of masculine and feminine in this outfit. The color white ties it all together nicely.
At last, I couldn’t finish this blog without finding a designer bridal gown. Here I found three gowns:
